How It Works:
You agree to deposit funds into our Bank of America account for a defined term, and we agree to pay you at a specified interest rate and schedule of payments. We designed our funding program to mirror the Certificate of Deposit funding programs used by Banks and Financial Institutions - only we pay you at a much higher interest rate. Just like with a Bank, the funding agreement (called a Certificate of Deposit Agreement) is a structured loan (fully binding on us to you) and executed under the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Compare to a Bank CD - where you loan your money to a bank for a defined term, they use it to loan back out, but only pay you interest from 2-5%.
With our program - you loan money to us for a defined term, we use it for expansion to increase sales and profitability, and pay you interest from 7.5-10%. ESTABLISHED DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT GUIDELINES:
We use Bank of America to receive deposits, hold funds, and make payments. Monthly Dividend payments are made directly to your designated account by scheduled electronic payment and the remaining principal payment at maturity is automatically deposited into your account at term end. Lump Sum at Maturity Payments are made by Cashiers Check and sent to your address of designation at term end.

Kingston's Sales Performance:
While the current economy is definately having an impact, our 2008 sales revenue is still nearly 10% above our 2007 sales revenue. In general, current factors impacting sales revenue are: Selection, Price, Comfortable and Friendly Atmoshpere, and a Knowledgable, Friendly Staff. Anti-smoking legislation has actually INCREASED business and is creating a niche market. - The enhancement of our restaurant (which is getting fantastic reviews) from a basic bar and grill to a full steakhouse menu offering steak, seafood, chicken, burgers, wings, salads, and more.
Restaurant and Home Delivery sales are building as people learn of our excellent food offerings.

Use of Investor Funds: 1) We have signed the lease for our Goose Creek Store and construction has started. 205 N.
